An accomplished and passionate entrepreneur, Michael brings in over 10 years of expertise that spans over business development, operations management, strategic direction, and leadership across several start-ups and businesses. For over 10 years, Michael has a demonstrated history of success in generating income, sustaining growth, and accelerating growth.
The combination of his academic background and wealth of experience makes Michael a respected leader in his field. Entrepreneurial in nature, Michael embarked on his first venture real estate in 2008. Building his business from the ground up, he led the company, spearheading business development strategies to identify opportunities to acquire properties, restore and remodel, and sell at a higher value. He has marketed hundreds of properties over the years.
Replicating the success in his realty business, Michael also ventured into the retail industry such as interests in organic multivitamin and supplement industry as well as CBD. He was at the forefront of leading the businesses’ development efforts from go-to-market strategy, to product roadmap management, to distribution channels, to marketing, to product launch. In addition, he also forged productive relationships with manufacturers and distributors.
Well-being and mental health are other areas that Michael is also truly passionate about. Michael’s drive and passion led him to found Candelario Health. Understanding the impact mental health issues have on people’s lives, Candelario Health brings healing to clients who have been suffering from drug and/or alcohol abuse, trauma, severe life stressors, mental health issues, legal matters, and other unfortunate experiences. With their licensed clinical team, they determine the most appropriate treatment needs for better mental health and to live a healthy and fulfilling life.
Michael earned his Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin - School of Business.
